Office of the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator

The Municipal  Planning and Development Coordinator formulates integrated economic, social, physical and other comprehensive development plans and policies for consideration of the Municipal Mayor. He monitors as well as evaluates the implementation of the different development programs, projects and activities. His function extends in analyzing income and expenditure patterns, and recommends fiscal plans and policies for consideration of the finance committee of the Sanggunian Bayan.

Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar

The Muncipal Civil Registrar is responsible for the civil registration program of the Municipality of Ginatilan pursuant to the Civil Registry Law, the Civil Code and other pertinent laws issued to implement them.

Office of the Municipal Accountant 

The Municipal Accountant takes charge of the internal audit system of local government funds. He is tasked with monitoring the municipality's financial condition and preparation of financial statements for the Mayor, the Sanggunian and other officials of the municipality. He has the authority to certify the availability of budgetary allotment to where expenditures may be charged and to review all documents in the preparation of disbursement vouchers. He takes charge of the Office of the Municipal Accountant which maintains all records related to local government finance.

Office of the Municipal Budget Officer

The Municipal Budget Officer is tasked to assist the Municipal Mayor in the preparation of the annual budget and takes charge of the Municipal Budget Office, which is responsible in reviewing and consolidating the budget proposals from the different departments of the Municipality. This Office also assists the Sangguniang Bayan in reviewing the approved budget of the 14 barangays of the Municipality.

Office of the Municipal Treasurer

The Municipal Treasurer takes custody of local government funds and such other funds entrusted to her by law. She is tasked with the proper management of public finance and the inspection of establishments within the jurisdiction of the municpality in relation to the implementation of tax ordinances. She is also responsible for maintaining and updating the tax information system of the Municipality

Office of the Municipal Assessor

The Municipal Assessor is tasked with the enforcement of all laws governing the appraisal and assessment of real property for taxation purposes. She takes charge of the Office of the Municipal Assessor which maintains the identification, valuation and tax mapping information of all properties subject to assessment within the jurisdiction of the municipality.

The Municipal Assessor is also responsible for the preparation of a schedule of fair market values of the different classes of real property in accordance with the Local Government Code. She has the authority to conduct physical surveys for verification purposes, and to recommend changes in assessment policies and procedures.

Office of the Municipal Engineer

The Municipal Engineer initiates, reviews and recommends changes in policies and objectives, plans and programs, techniques, procedures and practices in infrastructure development and public works in general. She also advises the Municipal Mayor on infrastructure and other engineering matters and supervises and controls the construction, maintenance, improvement and repair of roads, bridges and other public works projects of the Municipality.

Office of the Municipal Health Officer

The Municipal Health Officer takes custody of the Office of the Municipal Health Services and formulates guidelines, rules and regulations for the department’s operations. He develops plans and strategies and upon approval of the Municipal Mayor, implements the same particularly those concerning health programs and projects which the Municipal Mayor is empowered to implement and which the Sangguniang Bayan is empowered to provide. He is at the forefront of the delivery of health services, especially in times of natural disasters and calamities.

Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer

The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer handles the development of plans, strategies and with the approval of the mayor implements them, particularly those concerning social welfare programs and projects. She is at the frontline of service delivery and provides immediate relief assistance during and in the aftermath of disasters and calamities. She recommends to the Sangguniang Bayan and advises the Municipal Mayor on all other matters related to social welfare and development services aimed at improving the livelihood and living conditions of municipal residents.

Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan 

The Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan takes custody of local legislative archives. She is tasked with keeping the journal of all ordinances and resolutions enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan and the journal of proceedings of Sanggunian meetings. She forwards to the Municipal Mayor for approval copies of ordinances enacted by the Sanggunian.
